I’m incredibly proud to share that Adam Smith Homes has won the HIA Brisbane & Surrounds People’s Choice Award for 2025, and was also named a finalist in the $1.5-$2 million Custom Home category.
This milestone feels especially meaningful because it was the first time I’ve ever entered the HIA Awards. To receive this kind of recognition straight out of the gate is both humbling and energising.
More than anything, this award is a testament to the exceptional team of trades, suppliers, designers, and partners who bring every Adam Smith Homes project to life. Building a home-especially one in this category-requires craftsmanship, communication, and a shared commitment to excellence. I’m incredibly grateful to work with people who care as deeply about the finished result as I do.
